Overview:

As a Front Desk Agent, your job is to provide exceptional customer service to guests. You’ll check them in and out, and handle any questions or concerns they have while they’re here.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, checking them in and out of the hotel
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle any guest inquiries or concerns
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Assist with room reservations and ensure that all guest information is entered correctly into the system
• Provide information about the hotel’s amenities and local attractions
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities to advance to a supervisor role

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
• Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel reservation systems
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods
